August 2018 Litter Information

Five litters offered,  representing the elite nucleus of our program.
Litter List:
1.       One Armed Bandit (HF Genetics) x “2-9” ( Flawless x Big League)
·         DOB: 8/20/19
·         “2-9” is a consistent generator of hogs who can get it done. Her brother was a many-time jackpot champion and ’15 OYE sale barrow, while she stayed in the keeper pen.  In her last litter, she raised the 2018 Reserve High Point Barrow on the Cimarron Valley Livestock Series, with many champions across NW KS and Eastern CO.
2.       One Armed Bandit (HF Genetics) x “Melanie” ( Skype x Motor Boater)
·         DOB: 8/20/19
·         This female is our go-to for massed up, correctly built hogs that are moderate, cool, and can win. “One Armed Bandit” compliments the strength’s of the female as good as any sow in the set. These babies are impressive.
3.       One Armed Bandit (HF Genetics) x “Spot” ( Not Even Close x Big League)
·         DOB: 8/21/19
·         This half-Yorkshire sow is a direct daughter of our cornerstone Big League female (Audra). She was the Champion Overall Market Hog at the very competitive Kit Carson County Fair back in 2015, and has producing champions ever since.
4.       One Armed Bandit (HF Genetics) x “Audra” (Big League x Full Throttle)
·         DOB: 8/21/19
·         The cornerstone female. A true generator who produced the 2018 Northeast Oklahoma District Champion Overall Gilt, and champions and sale barrows across Oklahoma, Colorado, and Kansas. You will want to study these.

Service Sire:
One Armed Bandit: Trump x (Standoff x (Warfare x Black Attack))
Bred by: Vice Genetics
Housed at HF Genetics. When I called Cassidy to talk boars this spring—“One Armed Bandit” quickly became the focus of our conversation. An elite look, coupled with an aesthetic and athletic skeletal build is always intriguing—and I am firm believer in building complete, attractive hogs that can drive all day. We are extremely pleased with our decision have him cover our fall litters, and look forward to following the success of these babies.
